Bosede Christiana Oyelakin (M.Ed, Guidance, and Counselling) is a Mental Health Therapist/Child and Adolescent Counsellor. Her passion is to help people heal from abuse, identity crises, and mental health difficulties so they can live resilient and fulfilling lives.
Bosede Oyelakin has well over 9 years of experience in the helping profession. For 6 years, she served as a school counsellor in different schools, providing support to students, parents, and teachers. In the last 3 years, her passion to help more men, women and children live a fulfilled and resilient life, has transitioned her into practicing as a Mental Health Therapist.
Her services include counselling, therapy, public speaking, and consulting with a focus on mental health and wellness, child and adolescent development, and self-development.
She is a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Dialectical Behavior Therapist, an Associate Member of The American Psychological Association, USA, and a Licensed Professional Counsellor by the Association of Counselling, Matching and Psychotherapists, Nigeria (ACMPN).
She also volunteers for professional bodies that promote child rights, maternal wellness, and mental health at national and international levels. Some of these organizations include: Postpartum Support International (USA) and Blaze Health Foundation(NG) among others.
